We are looking for a new colleague as “Talent Acquisition Specialist” with a temporary contract in accordance with the following criteria for our company:
Job Description
In the process of talent acquisition, in line with the strategy and planning prepared, he/she will be responsible for managing the entire operational process from the opening of the personnel request to the termination of the personnel request together with the manager and the Human Resources Business Partner he/she works with, and the processing and follow-up of all records related to the candidates.
- To carry out all recruitment processes on time and completely through the SAP HR module, to follow the relevant people and to control the process within the knowledge and guidance of the Human Resources Business Partner together with the manager
- To publish job advertisement, to search for suitable candidates using internal and external resources, to prepare the candidate pool and handle job interviews
- Sending the list of documents to the candidate who accepts the job offer and finalizing the process by completing the work environment preparation form via SAP, informing the relevant person or departments.
- To ensure that all the tools, equipment and documents that new employees may need on the first working day are on their desk.
- To inform and give feedback to the candidates who are interviewed and evaluated as not suitable.
- To make periodic reports about the Talent Acquisition department and to prepare the requested reports apart from these.
- Regularly reviewing the performance indicators related to the processes he/she is responsible for and working towards improvement
General Qualifications:
- University graduate
- 2-4 years of recruitment experience
- Good command of English both verbal & written
- Good command of MS Office (plus SAP is an asset)
