Desired Skills and Experience

• University degree in Mechanical Engineer
• At least two years of experience as a Quality Engineer or Production Process Engineer operating with highly automated process
• Express ideas in English in written/oral form effectively
• Good knowledge of MS Office and SAP
• Good command of written and spoken English
• Good knowledge of industrial/manufacturing processes
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good knowledge of SPC techniques and tools.

 Job Description

• To verify the conformity of materials and products to the requirements, performing validation tests and reporting; 
• To participate validation phases of new or modified product/process, evaluating the compliance of the manufacturing process to the expected requirements.
• Perform mechanical dimensional/assembly analysis on new products
• Check dimensional analysis of part
• Follow new products assembly performance
• Analyse root causes of mechanical assembly problems caused by parts of product
• Collects reports from other departments participated in homologation process, and issues final report.
• Updates regularly Homologation Follow up table.
• Updates regularly Homologation folder.
• Check design and actual part alignment
• Supports Quality in new product/process validation phase (pre-series)
• Performs tests on new materials, in order to check the process compatibility, and reports.
• Attend alternative material studies by performing tests, analysis
