Core Qualifications

• University degree in Electrical Electronics / Electronic Engineer,
• Minimum 2-3 year experience in similar position or in Production/Prosess Engineering Area (developed in manufacturing industries with mass production),
• Good knowledge on statistical analysing techniques, process control techniques, failure analysis techniques and automation systems,
• Good knowledge on SAP, MS Office, Marsilli Winding Systems,
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English.

Job Description

• Guaranteeing the technical controls on the critical technological process during the realization of the Production,
• Ensuring the efficiency of the Winding process and its compliance with respect to the design specifications of product/process,
• Ensuring continuous improvement of the Winding process,
• Defining the quality controls on the winding process,
• Analysing process data in order to prevent possible inefficiencies and/or performing improvement tunings,
• Inspecting the failure analysis data in order to define the reason of the problems and necessary modifications to come out,
• Assisting new implemented machinery and/or modification projects,
• Accepts the machine, verifying results vs requirements, analysing machinery capability and capacity, checking the safety devices,
• Coordinates a team of engineers technicians specialized for Winding technological process, analysing the data collected on the field and proposing measures for improvement,
• Assures backup of Winding system software.
