Senior Embedded Software Engineer

We are looking for a Senior Embedded Software Engineer with good embedded software design and verification skills to join our expanding team headquartered in Teknopark İstanbul, or in our Ankara Design Center. You will be part of a strong team working on functional safety (avionics, automotive, railways, medical) and commercial (e.g. 5G) projects. 

Job Description:

• Develop, implement and test/debug new maintainable algorithms provided by the technical project lead for embedded systems projects,
• Review/refine customer provided specifications as advised by the technical project lead,
• Participate in team technical discussions,
• Work with junior engineers to mentor them and knowledge share,
• Interact with the customers to resolve technical details and represent company integrity.

Required Skills:

• Familiar with C/C++ programming including knowledge of coding styles, compiling options and debugging skills,
• Soft Real Time embedded C/C++ software implementation for bare-metal platforms,
• Familiarity on Real-time OS and embedded programming concepts,
• Experience with revision control systems, specifically SubVersion & GIT,
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written for documentation and reporting both in English and Turkish,
• Fluent English language, spoken and written,
• Strong communication skills for customer interaction.

Recommended Skills:

• Firmware interfacing (PCI bus, programmed I/O and DMA) expertise,
• Experience with DO-178,
• Experience in boot loader of embedded linux systems,
• Experience with DSP and microcontroller,
• Experience in 5G O-DU modem and avionics,
• Practical experience of FPGA System-on-Chip platforms,
• Familiarity and application GNU/Linux toolsets.
