For our Cables and Conductor Company in Istanbul, we are looking for a Product & Business Development Manager for the new (ACCC Type) and the existing (ACSR, AAC, AAAC and ABC types) product portfolio. This role will be responsible for all of the acquisition and sales activities related with these products especially to maximize profits with a high focus on Aluminum Conductor Composite Core Products.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical or Power Engineering
• Prior experience in design, production or project management in Energy Transmission Business is an asset
• Experience in Sales and/or Business Development field, preferably in Energy Transmission Business
• Intercultural experience and appropriate orientation
• Advanced level of English, a second language is a remarkable asset
• Excellent conduct of Microsoft Office software
• Clear thinker, innovative and change oriented
• Military service should be completed for male candidates
• No restrictions for travelling

Job Description

• Conduct market and competition analysis for Aluminum Conductor and Cable Business
• Management of the Company’s newest and niche licensed conductor (ACCC – Aluminum Conductor Composite Core) product for the development of its marketing, sales, and business development strategies of market entry into Turkey as well as International Market
• Understand and analyze the market needs, trends and the product portfolio in detail in order to develop and implement the best business approach
• Develop and enhance collateral material for marketing of ACCC conductors
• Build relationships and maintain frequent contact with key customers especially TEIAS, potential customers, key persons, EMTA internal and external suppliers
• Key involvement in the research, development and sales strategy for gathering business intelligence to establish market oriented strategies
• Initiate strategic planning models for new market entry with existing products and the marketing of new products in existing markets
• Involvement of the investment models of customers as well as investigating and reporting the financial status of customer for risk analysis
• Responsible for the tender, offer, negotiation and contract processes
• Prepare offer documentation in coordination with Sales and related departments
• Develop team work within EMTA internal departments
• Ensure maximum customer satisfaction
