To support our team in İzmir, we are looking to recruit an Transport Frame Coordinator.

Tasks and Responsibilities :

Supply of international production sites and suppliers (points of demand) with transport equipment: 

• weekly meetings with points of demand to ensure supply 

- keep an eye on provided production plans 

- know about demand quantities 

- ensure supply chain 

• Control returns of transport equipment from sites for overview of supply situation in total 

• Supply Chain Risk Management: identify, analyze and evaluate potential problems in supply chain. Define countermeasures as early as possible in coordination with Transport equipment- Controller 

Interface to Global Procurement: 

• Communicate demands for new transport equipment. Define place and time of delivery in coordination with Transport equipment Controller 

• Participation in procurement strategy (e.g. split best cost country / local supply) in coordination with Transport equipment- Controller 

• Participation reg. technical issues as coordinator 

• Participation in definition of source/sink-relations from start of delivery to port of destination 

• Ensure necessary inspection routines before transport equipment is reused (cooperation with rel. departments) 

• Provide overall project timeline and timelines of component manufacturers to Team Disposition
