Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related fields(Industrial engineering; postgraduation degree on data science, big data and business analytics, maths, statistics, mathematics engineering is an advantage)
• Good level of English both written and verbal
• Experience on statistical analysis of the labour hours and reporting
• Experience on working with Microsoft Excel (pivot table, etc.), Power BI, SAP S/4 HANA
• Being familliar with German costing methodology (die Grenzplankostenrechnung) is an advantage,
• Analytical thinking capability, having management skills (planning, reporting, acting), high level of awareness,
• Self-motivated, communicative, agile, resilient, perseverant,
• Flexible for travelling (mainly domestic and also abroad)

Responsibilities

• Being responsible for the business unit of workload and workforce analysis and reporting which is under business intelligence,
• Reporting to the head of service operation department,
• Workforce  and workload planning
• Calculating plans and deviations
• Technical analysis
