Job description

Lead a Strategy study to review an Organisations business model, perform Scenario planning, Regulatory Impact Analysis, Gap Analysis, conducting Visioning workshops, Cost Benefit Analysis, defining roadmap of transformational changes to be made across the organisation§  Build new offerings for the Transformation BU, with specific focus on Turkey, Central Asia and Middle-East market
§  Work with the Business Development teams to win new business
§  Deliver KPIs: Delivery, Customer Satisfaction, Offerings built, Revenue earned from the offerings, Team Management.
§  Manage the team, develop the offering and plan for additional capability building
§  Establish thought leadership and build Enzen image in Turkey Consulting, Energy & Utilities industry
§  Deliver Transformation Services to customer meeting all contractual obligations
