We are looking for ''E-Commerce Operation Specialist'' for our expanding organization.

The Ideal Candidates should have the following qualifications;

• Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university or fields
• Preferably minimum 1 year experienced in the field of E-Commerce Sales
• Following the Internet trends
• Having knowledge and experience on FMCG market, consumer, producer, distributor
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications
• Advanced English knowledge
• No military obligation for male candidates

Job Description:

• In order to list the products of our company by getting in contact with the companies that can take place in electronic environment, to gain new customers, to improve the sales portfolio
• Developing communication and sales strategies, increasing the market share of the company
• Developing existing customer relations, creating periodic sales campaigns
• Controlling the conformity of the image, content, features and promotional articles of the products to be sold to the brand strategies
• Providing customer satisfaction by supporting the development of e-commerce sales / marketing campaigns
• Providing solutions to customer problems, supporting solutions
• Monitoring the accuracy of the flow of internal processes and intervening in necessary situations
