Being assigned to projects of a leading defense industry company located in Izmir;

Job Description:

The primary goal of PLM/BOM Analyst is the execution of vehicle development programs including development and coordination of PLM & BOM and development of PLM specific tools with IT teams.

• Coordinate all activities related to establishing standard bills of materials for vehicle programs.
• Working closely with IT teams for development of PLM tools.
• Provide support on engineering activities such as part & BOM creation as well as initial BOM releases
• Provide project readiness data to program management and leadership teams
• Work within global partners, PLM teams and platforms in order to maintain an accurate Bill of Materials results.
• Following up new technologies and PLM methods that automotive industry is working on and suggesting the suitable ones to adapt to his position.
• Support DPnS and IT teams for PLM systems.

Requirements:

• BSc in related engineering department (Industrial Eng., Software Eng. or realted.)
• Ford Program knowledge of GPDS, FEDE & E2KS is a plus.
• PLM systems experience
• Have basic knowledge at software programming and database management
• Familiar with methodologies like statistics, regression, data processing
• Problem-solving skills and methodical & logical approach.
• Have innovative thinking and entrepreneurial spirit.
• Excel Macro knowledge is plus
• Self motivated, able to work independently
