Franchise Supervisor - International Retail

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration or related fields,
• At least 6 years of experience in international franchise&corporate sales operations, preferably in the retail sector,
• Proven experience in international franchise operations of Turkish brands,
• Fluent written and conversational English knowledge,
• No restriction to travel (traveling abroad is an important part of the work)
• Demonstrating strong industry knowledge and commercial attitude,
• The ability to understand, analyze and interpret complex data,
• The ability to balance completing priorities, complex situations, and tight deadlines,
• Agile, practical and result oriented,
• Strong team work and communication skills,
• Excellent planning, organization and time management skills,
• No military service obligation (for male candidates)

JOB DESCRİPTİON:

• Acquisition new dealers in line with the company's international growth strategy,
• Negotiating with potential investors in abroad,
• Making location/region analysis within the scope of investment projects related to new stores and reporting market research results,
• Following up the new projects and contracts,
• Coordinating the operation of dealers in accordance with the English Home's franchising model and dealing with their problems,
• Managing dealer store efficiency and business development processes,
• Developing trust-based relations with potential and existing investors.
