QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
What qualifications are we seeking?
- Graduated from universities in Construction, Industrial, Business Engineering, or related fields,
- At least 5 years of experience in project, business development, and investment feasibility in the retail sector,
- Able to think analytically, with a strong technical and commercial perspective,
- Strong strategic decision-making and initiative-taking skills,
- Capable of market analysis, research-oriented, and open to innovations,
- Advanced negotiation skills, persuasive,
- Ability to build and manage a team,
- Proficient in English, both spoken and written,
- Proficient in MS Office programs,
- No travel restrictions for both domestic and international travel,
- For male candidates: Completed military service.
What awaits you, what will be your responsibilities?
- In line with our company's international growth strategies and investment plans, ensure the leasing of targeted stores by considering the brand rental conditions and standards (location, targeted revenue, size, store finding, rent, store expenses, store investment budget),
- Selecting locations for new stores to be opened abroad, preparing feasibility reports, presenting these reports to senior management, and actively participating in the decision-making process for investments,
- Tracking the contract management processes of existing stores, ensuring that contracts are renewed under desired conditions,
- Participate in the introductions of upcoming mall projects, reaching out to relevant individuals as needed, considering the company's goals for opening new stores.
- Assess shopping mall projects offered to the company, choose alternative store options based on their location and size, discuss desired rental prices with the Department Manager according to the leasing budget, decide whether negotiation is suitable for the project, and start negotiations if applicable,
- Prepare and present monthly rent/sales reports to track store performance and present to upper management,
- Send leased store projects to the Project Specialist to ensure the architectural design for store construction is drawn up and distributed to relevant departments,
- To carry out store construction, open bids for existing contractor firms and ensure the Procurement Department is informed about construction details to manage the bidding process,
- Prepare and present the required supportive, informative, and directive reports,
- Evaluate employee performance and track development plans according to their roles and responsibilities within the department.
