QUALIFICATIONS

• B.Sc or M.Sc degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil or Industrial Engineering disciplines,
• 0-2 years of experience in a related position,
• Preferably experienced in procurement departments in construction companies and in reporting,
• Have knowledge in construction materials,
• Good command of written and spoken English,
• Advanced user of MS Office Programs, especially Excel,
• Strong communication skills, team worker,
• Analytical thinker, compatible, agile, enthusiastic, positive and energetic.
• No restriction to travel and stay abroad.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Keeping track of the materials regularly needed by the teams in the field by the warehouse team through Minimum Stock processes,
• Accepting incoming materials and correctly classifying, labeling and storing them,
• Completing the necessary controls in coordination with the Quality and Field Groups. Then, monitoring the delivery processes of the relevant orders to the field,
• Conducting stock counts and inventory tracking on a weekly basis and monitoring stock levels.
• Tracking and disposing of materials and equipment that are approaching their expiration date and are no longer usable,
• Monitoring the healthy return of debit materials that are distributed daily at the end of working hours,
• Preparing and analyzing daily, weekly and monthly reports,
• Following up the regular training of new and existing staff,
• To ensure that the processes run smoothly, the shelf and general warehouse layout will be maintained at all times,
• Maintaining effective communication with the Warehouse Team, Project Managers and other units.
