Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering,
• Min. 5 years of experience
• Preferably at least 1 year experience in facilities maintenance such as ventilation, heating, cooling, air conditioning devices and equipment,
• Experienced in the maintenance of boilers, burners, combi boilers, pressure vessels, radiators, ventilation, air conditioners, VRV devices.
• Required software knowledge: AUTOCAD, MS Office (Excel, Powerpoint),
• Preferably good command of written and spoken English,
• Strong communication skills, team worker,
• Analytical thinking, result oriented, enthusiastic, self motivated, positive and energetic,

Job Description

• Organizing and following up the maintenance of mechanical systems and devices with relevant companies in ENKA Head Office and other facilities,
• Supervising the technical team,
• Keeping maintenance and malfunction records on a regular basis.
