QUALIFICATIONS

• B.Sc. degree in Mechanical Engineering,
• Min. 10 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in large-scale construction projects,
• Experience in mechanical systems including plumbing, HVAC, and fire protection works,
• Hands-on experience in plumbing systems such as domestic water, storm and sanitary piping, fuel piping, and site utilities installation,
• Experience in HVAC works including mechanical room piping and HVAC equipment installation,
• Strong leadership and coordination skills, capable of managing multidisciplinary site teams,
• Good command of written and spoken English,
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications,
• Analytical thinker, result-oriented, compatible, enthusiastic, positive, and energetic,
• No restriction to travel and abroad, able to relocate for a project.
