QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering,
• Min. 5 years of procurement experience,
• Good command of written and spoken English,
• Required software knowledge: Microsoft Office,
• Analytical thinking, result oriented, enthusiastic, self-motivated, positive and energetic.
• Driving licence.
• No restriction to travel and stay abroad.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Identifying potential suppliers who can provide the required goods or services. This involves researching vendors, evaluating their capabilities, and establishing relationships with them.
• Negotiating terms and conditions of contracts with suppliers to secure favorable pricing, delivery schedules, and other terms. This may involve discussing pricing, payment terms, warranties, and service level agreements.
• Managing Procurement Process: delivery of goods.

•        Ensuring that purchased items meet quality standards and specifications. This may involve conducting quality inspections, reviewing supplier qualifications, and addressing any quality issues that arise.

•        Managing procurement budgets and seeking opportunities to reduce costs while maintaining quality standards. This may involve implementing cost-saving initiatives, negotiating volume discounts, and optimizing supply chain logistics.

•        Building and maintaining relationships with suppliers to ensure smooth collaboration and address any issues or concerns that arise. This includes communicating effectively with suppliers, resolving disputes, and conducting performance evaluations.

•        Ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies governing procurement activities. This includes adhering to ethical standards, maintaining transparency in procurement processes, and following proper documentation and record-keeping procedures.
