QUALIFICATIONS

• B.Sc. degree in Environmental Engineering, Civil Engineering or related disciplines,
  
• Min. 7 years of field experience in Health, Safety and Environment departments of international construction projects,
• Qualified to NEBOSH Diploma/Certificate and Membership of IOSH at Tech IOSH level or higher is preferred,
• Knowledge regarding Construction Design and Management Regulations (CDM) is desirable,
• Excellent command of both spoken and written English is a must,
• Proven work experience as a team leader with strong leadership skills,
• Experience in HSE audits and  inspections, accident incident investigation and conducting risk analysis assessments,
• Knowledge of ISO 45001:2018 and ISO 14001:2015 management standards,
• Ability to assist and support construction teams in HSE related topics actively,
• Flexibility to carry out the necessary duties to complete the task efficiently and in a timely manner in the field,
• Having good communication, leadership and management skills,
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills in order to explain health, safety and environmental processes to a range of people and to give presentations to groups,
• Required software knowledge: Microsoft Office,
• Ability to develop, maintain, and promote the HSE Management System, safety policies, standards, procedures,
• Analytical thinking, result oriented, enthusiastic, self-motivated, positive and energetic.
• Strong communication skills, team worker, good interpersonal skills, ability to work cooperatively in a multidisciplinary environment.
