 QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture,
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a related position,
• Subcontracts experience in international projects is preferable,
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and German,
• Educational background in contracts administration,
• Required software knowledge: Microsoft Office
• Proficiency in reporting and presentation,
• Knowledge of contract processes,
• Strong communication and planning skills,
• Analytical thinking, result oriented, enthusiastic, self-motivated, positive and energetic,
• No restriction to travel and stay abroad.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Preparation of subcontract packages,
• Identifying suitable subcontractors for the packages,
• Collection of proposals,
• Technical and commercial evaluation of the bidders,
• Clarifications of questions and answers,
• Contract negotiations with subcontractors,
• Subcontract administration once contracts are signed,
• Following the subcontractor's progress,
• Change and claim management of the subcontractors,
• Subcontract close-outs after completion,
• Maintains backup documents for daily/weekly/monthly reports,
• To ensure all works are in accordance with QA procedures,
• To ensure all works are in accordance with HSE procedures.
