About Job
EPİK is an international Design-Build Contractor delivering U.S. Government projects worldwide. We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Proposal Engineer to join our Ankara office.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or architecture
- Minimum 3 years of experience in proposal preparation, tendering, design, or construction projects
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
- Strong technical writing and documentation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Team-oriented and proactive mindset
- Willingness to travel internationally when required
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in international construction projects
- Familiarity with U.S. Government projects and procurement processes
- Knowledge of FIDIC contracts and international contract documentation
Responsibilities
- Prepare and coordinate technical and commercial proposal documents
- Review tender documents and ensure compliance with solicitation requirements
- Coordinate proposal activities with internal departments, including Technical Office, Finance, Procurement, and Human Resources
- Monitor proposal schedules and support timely submissions
- Maintain proposal documentation and records
- Participate in pre-bid meetings, site visits, and technical discussions as required
- Support the continuous improvement of proposal development processes
