ERTIP MEDICAL, is one of the leading and fast growing hair transplant and medical instruments company of Turkey, located at Sisli Istanbul, is looking for a person who is good at social media content making and graphic design.

We are looking for an experienced and creative Social Media Specialist to work on our e-commerce website’s social media platforms. The Social Media Specialist is responsible for creating and administering content on all social media platforms, such as Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin and Twitter, to build an audience, increase our online sales.

A brief job description of the position and preferred qualifications for the suitable candidates are defined below:

QUALIFICATIONS

·         Bachelor's degree in Graphic or Visual Design or related field

·         Min 2 years of experience in social media management,

·         Knowledge of Google Analytics and Addwords

·         Advanced English,

·         Knowledgeable in news-editing and creating social media posts.

·         Strong analytical problem solving skills,

·        Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, Google+ and other social media best practice,

. Good at making editing for videos and photos and taking photos with good quality.

·         Minimum 2 years of experience in creating campaigns and managing Google Ads / Facebook Ads and other performance marketing channels

·         Solid knowledge of Google Analytics is a must,

-       Taking care of website and its content,

·         Experience in analyzing and reporting from Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager and Search Console,

·         Daily tracking, analysis, reporting and optimization suggestions of Google Ads and reporting it to our agency.

·         Managing Facebook Ads campaigns (Setting up Facebook Ads campaigns, daily tracking, optimization and weekly reporting),

·         Finding new solutions to increase advertising conversions and share with management team regularly,

·         Improving conversions by a / b testing of Facebook, Google Ads and the in-site banners and analyzing the results.

 When you will be a member of our team, you will be dealing with:

·         Creating new ideas about visual content and design in marketing activities,

·         Following our social media in instagram facebook and linkedin and so on.

·         Ability print approval and manage the process for packaging and label images,

·         Coordinating visual processes with agencies and internal teams when necessary,

,·         Following up our Google adds with the consulting company that we work with.

·         Following our website’s design and content.

·         Manage to plan, develop and design social interactions across the brand’s digital channels to increase brand engagement and strengthen brand image,
