Job Description

• Experience designing and implementing effective performance mangement system that meet company goals.

• To be responsible for job evaluation system, advising on job design, job descriptions and the correct grading of jobs. 

• To contribute to the development of policies and procedures in collaboration with the head of HR

• Define a fair, equitable and competitive total compensation and benefits package that fits and is aligned to company’s strategy and business goals with the head of HR

• In coordination with head of HR , drive annual salary inrease and bonus guideline process with Department Heads.

• To Participate and conduct to organizational structuring and re-structuring of the company.

Qualifitions

• Bachelor's degree in related fields, master’s degree in HR is an asset.

• Five years of organizational development experience at least one year of management experience. 

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Turkish and English

• Proven effective management skills. 

• Proficient with Microsoft Office Programs or related software. 

• Strong presentation skills. 

• Adequate knowledge of current labour rules and regulations 

• Familiarity with various types of incentives and benefits.
