QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a Export Sales Territory Responsible for our company. We are a multinational Automotive/ Tractor company.
The position will be located in Ankara Plant.
Reporting to the Export Sales Manager, this person primary responsible for export business, develop and grow existing relationships, whilst identifying new business opportunities across the (agricultural & horticultural & livestock.) sector.
Responsibilities
· Responsible of Company's own brands and working with customers across the assigned territory.
· Working with multiple internal and external stakeholders, to manage expectations around the various aspects of the sales cycle.
· Building and maintaining a strong and positive relationship with allocated distributors representing the business in a way which reflects well on the Company's reputation and ensures a high degree of partner satisfaction with the service and support received from HQ,
· Attending and participating at international shows to generate new sales opportunities and representing the brand.
· Overseeing appropriate execution of all the supply sides issues and ensuring best service is provided to the customers,
· Working closely with the Export Sales Manager to build, develop and execute strategies in line with corporate objectives,
· Working closely with planning, production and logistics departments for giving accurate & precise plans to our partners.
· Supporting and contributing to the development of appropriate business and marketing plans in ways that ensure both revenues and the the business's brand are built positively.
Qualifications
· University degree (Bachelor/Master) or equivalent,
· At least 2 years experiences in the export sales.
· Proven track record in an Export Sales Role within the products that were sold.
· Marketing planning and strategy,
· Brand awareness,
· Be comfortable in travelling frequently across multiple regions,
· Customer-focused mindset with strong communication skills,
· Fluent in English.
