R&D Project Senior Engineer to be assigned to our factory serving in the automotive industry.

 GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS

• Education Qualification:  Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering. + MBA
• Proficient in English
• 1 or more years experinence in Project / Program Management
• 3 or more years of experience in the automotive industry
• To be trained in the PMP system or to be experienced in this regard.
• Preferably to have done academic work in the automotive field.
• Knowledge of major products and services and ability to apply this knowledge appropriately to diverse situations.
• Competent in the New Product Development process.
• Strong communication and organization skills .

JOB DESCRIPTION

• To ensure the correct operation of the project management process.
• To ensure that the project objectives, constraints and requirements are determined together with the project team at the beginning of the project.
• To identify project resources.
• Performing risk analysis with the team at the beginning of the project.
• Participating in the determination of the project budget and controlling the compliance of the expenditures with the budget during the project.
• Making the necessary revisions in the project master plan. Foreseeing situations that will not be able to comply with the budget and time plan.
• Managing and monitoring projects according to objectives.
• Coordinating complex actions between varios departments.
