As Estecenter we are looking for a call center agent who can perform international sales operations in health industry.

As part of the sales department, you are creatively minded and driven and you possess a strong knowledge for international sales, convincing and microsoft office tools.

 

• Advanced French & English knowledge (verbal and written fluency)
• At least Associate Degree
• Smooth and clear diction
• Ability to use computer and multiple screens effectively
• Strong persuasive skills
• Stress management 
• Focus on customer satisfaction
• Energetic and good-humored personality
• Ability to be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and able to adapt to changes in processes and tools as they happen
• Ability to stay cool when things are busy, and keep things moving, so you can help as many customers as possible
• Preferably experience in Health Sector.
