We are looking for an "Internal Auditor" to join our team. This position will be directly reporting to EHTR Local CEO.

• Bachelor’s degree
• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in Insurance sector
• Knowledge of internal auditing standards, auditing techniques and processes
• Good knowledge of Regulatory environment and Turkish Insurance system framework
• Ability to discuss in all business fields, interact with the Management, BOD and Audit Committees
• Fluency in English, both spoken and written, is a must
• Having an objective perspective, analytical mind and good communication skills
• No obligation of military service for male candidates

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Complies with Allianz Group Audit Policy and Minimum Standards, IIA standards, EH standards
• Is involved in defining the EH audit department's own strategy
• Focuses on implementation of key Audit on business lines
• Defines audit universe and sets up a risk oriented annual and medium-term planning
• Draws up, controls and adheres to the department's cost budget
