Compliance Sr. Specialist/ Compliance Specialist

We are looking for a ' Compliance Senior Specialist  / Compliance Specialist ' to join our Compliance Team. The ideal candidates should have the following qualifications;

·      University degree; preferably in Economics, Business Administration, Political Sciences, Law or related fields,

·      At least 3-5 years of work experience preferably in Compliance, Internal Audit, Risk Management, Legal & Compliance or Internal Control,

·      Have accuracy and good analytical skills with an investigative profile, problem solving and decision making skills

·      Strong attention to details and ability in reporting,

·      Ability to take responsibility for a wide range of tasks and activities within the organization, producing coherent decisions and results,

·      Resiliency to work under pressure and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously to enable the organization’s compliance with internal and regulatory deadlines,

·      Strong communication skills, teamwork capacity and flexibility,

·      Very good command of English (spoken and written),

·      Proficient in Microsoft Office applications,

·      For male candidates, compulsory military service must be completed.

 
Job description :

·      Following the published/updated laws and regulations daily, informing the relevant departments and following the compliance,

·      Taking responsibility in application of compliance projects,

·      Monitoring the compliance of the activities carried out and planned withing the organization in terms of laws, related legislations, internal policies and rules,

·      Performing reviews and providing insight/feedback for the company's new products and processes from compliance point of view,

·      Reviewing of internal policies and procedures in terms of compliance with relevant legislation regularly,

·      Playing an active role in establishing effective procedures and methods within the organization for combat money laundering and terrorist financing,

·      Taking an active role in the execution of regular Compliance Controls.

·      Contributing to organization’s awareness on regulatory requirements by announcements, trainings or regular meetings
