IT Support Specialist

Job Description

• Producing necessary solutions by evaluating problems and complaints from users
  
• Support for users for the Windows communication system and MS Office, antivirus and other standard programs and applications used on corporate computers
  
• Installation of user’s computers and printers.
  
• Set up and monitor existing Wi-Fi in offices and at the shipyard and provide solutions with helpdesk in head quarter office when needed.
  
• To set up and monitor video surveillance cameras and recorders in offices and at the shipyard, and to provide solutions with helpdesk in head quarter office when needed.
  
• To set up and monitor computers and network technology in the office server room, and to provide solutions with helpdesk in head quarter office when needed.
  
• Having the knowledge of  infrastructure IP Phones. Set up and monitor new IP phones. Provide solutions with helpdesk in head quarter office when needed.
  
• Monitoring of the Internet field, setting up and producing necessary solutions. In the event of a deficiency, find solutions with the service provider.
  
• Monitoring VPN connection with parent company, producing solutions together with HelpDesk at head quarter office.
  
• Reporting Incident and Service Needs in Event Management's Centralized Program
  
• Decisions on events / service requests resolved in the event management's central program
  

General Qualifications

• Knowing the general rules of construction, operation, adjustment and monitoring of computer systems.
  
• Experienced in Windows communication systems. (setting, monitoring)
  
• General opinion about network (principles of physical and logical network setup, TCP / IP protocol request, IP addressing)
  
• Have used communication systems and have general knowledge about the network part. (ping, nslookup, traceroute)
  
• He / she has received technical training,
  
• To be able to read and understand all kinds of English documents without using dictionary help. In addition, being able to communicate in writing and verbally in English.
  
• To be able to prepare and present the system and process design in written form and to have basic technical documentation skills.
