General Position Description & Main Responsibilities
· Determining the brand strategy which contributes to business strategy and commercial plans via market analyses, price analyses and consumer research
· Coordinates the advertising strategies (both Above the Line and Below the Line) and creates campaigns, promotions and indoor & outdoor activities to increase the market share.
· Execute 360degree communication (ATL / BTL / Digital & Social Media)
· Work closely with countries to gather learnings and provide best practices for other countries.
· Monitor brand performances and recommended specific initiatives.
· Be capable of managing wide range of product portfolio.
· Be able to work with financials as well as carry out budgeting, financial analysis & reporting (feasibility analysis / Cost / Ebitda )
· Prepares the marketing plan, annual budget and communication/media plan for the brand.
· Manages and organizes product launches.
· Conceptualize strategic initiatives and implement details of a campaign.
· Works in cooperation with the sales, production and finance teams to achieve results and acts as a key point of contact, works closely with customer teams to ensure that brand performance data is shared, and that upcoming activity is fully communicated.
· Tracks consumer and market insights by reviewing metrics such as sales volume, market share, profit projections, pricing and distribution and by conducting consumer research.
· Flexibility to travel in order to track flow of business and take required actions in local site
Required Qualifications
· Minimum 7 years’ experience in Marketing preferably in multinational and/or reputable local FMCG companies with leading brands.
· Ability to work in a multi-cultural environment, having an international and regional experience is an asset
· University graduate, preferably have masters degree.
· Determined, achievement and result oriented personality with high energy level.
· Proven leadership skills in cross functional teams.
· Strong analytical skills and creative pursuit.
· Excellent command of written and spoken English.
· Out of box thinker.
· Strong in interpersonal skills at all levels.
· Mobility.
· Strong project management skills and desire to lead.
· Ability to handle high levels of pressure and critical decision-making.
· A top communicator with an excellent ability to execute successful partnerships.
· High motivation and energy levels.
