We are looking for a team member who can act as project manager and scrum master for our IT projects. We are looking for a team member who can contribute to our company culture, who is passionate about what they do, and who is hardworking. What you’ll do 

• Leading the project, in close cooperation with a System Architect and Lead Project manager, 

• Acting as scrum master, 

• Monitoring and controlling project progress, 

• Managing stakeholders: external customers and stakeholders at various managerial, 

• Applying the project management and development processes of the organization, 

• Contribute to the continuous development of the project management competency of the department, 

• Understanding the business needs and translate it into user stories and requirements with the help ofthe technical team, 

• Creating backlog and keeping up to date, 

• Creating a product roadmap and aligning with stakeholders to keep the timeline, 

• Prioritizing the needs of business, 

• Evaluating product progress at each iteration,

• Keen to work in a small multidisciplinary team, where the work division is not always clear 

• Fluent in written and spoken English and Turkish (Both are a Must) 

• Passionate about IT and the Gaming industry 

• Experience with Agile SoftwareDevelopmentTeams 

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in Project Management or ScrumMaster role preferred in gaming, e-commerce, blockchain products 

• Solid background working in digital distribution systems and IT projects 

• Solid communication skills that enable you to work together with many different people within our organization, from entrepreneurs to product innovators to customer experts to senior managers 

• Engineering degree or equivalent IT experience is preferred
