About Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented After Sales Operation Assistant Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will coordinate between the Operations and Sales Departments, ensuring processes run smoothly, documents are complete, and international sales operations are supported effectively.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, International Trade or a related field
• New Graduate or early-career professional,
• Proficiency in MS Office and SAP, Oracle or similar systems
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken
• Strong organizational, planning, and coordination skills
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail
• Being good with numbers
• Excellent ability to research
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative team player
• Problem-solving and solution-oriented approach
• Having valid USA visa is a strong plus please remark in the resume

Job Responsibilities

• Ensure timely and accurate processing of quotation requests, pricing, and preparation of offers for the sales teams,
• Review and track reports submitted by sales teams, ensuring completeness and accuracy before deadlines,
• Review sales contract or other documents together with the legal department and upload to the company approval system,
• Collaborate with the Planning Department for production planning activities including raw material arrangement tracking,
• Coordinate with the Quality Department to resolve customer complaints and issues effectively,
• Support international sales operations management at all stages of the process,
• Work with the Logistics Department to plan shipments and oversee invoicing procedures,
• Follow up on project shipments and payment processes to ensure timely execution,
• Willigness to experience working with different cultures.
