Position Description:
As an Accounting and Finance Specialist, you will be responsible for tracking financial transactions, maintaining accounting records, and preparing financial reports.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Record and verify daily accounting transactions.
• Manage invoice processing and payments.
• Prepare monthly and annual financial reports.
• Perform bank reconciliations.
• Prepare and monitor tax declarations, including withholding tax, VAT, stamp tax, and corporate tax.
• Maintain and control daily accounting records.
• Handle bank transactions and ensure reconciliations.
• Organize and maintain office documents and filing processes, keeping records up-to-date.
• Manage relevant correspondence, internal communications, and coordination within the daily workflow.
• Oversee the organizations and processes established by management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or Finance.
• At least 2 years of experience in accounting.
• Knowledgeable in cost accounting, general accounting, and finance.
• Proficient in MS Office, with strong Excel skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical thinking skills.
• Team-oriented with excellent communication abilities.
• Fluent in English (minimum C1 level).
• Proficient in French.

Minimum General Qualifications:

• Preferably residing on the Anatolian side of Istanbul.
• Experienced and willing to take on responsibilities.
• Team-oriented, friendly, and strong in interpersonal relations.
• Preferably a university graduate who speaks English.
• Male candidates must have completed military service.
