We are looking for an Assistant Brand Manager  who will directly reporting to Marketing Manager.The responsibilities and the qualifications are mentioned below:

·         Bachelor’s Degree from a reputable university

·         Min. 2 years Brand Management experience in FMCG companies,

·         Strong analytical and planning skills,

·         Strong presentational and organizational skills,

·         Strong problem solving and decision making skills,

·         High level of energy and self-motivation with an inspiring personality,

·         Good and interpersonal relationship skills,

·         The ability to successfully carry out multiple tasks simultaneously,

·         Excellent command of both written and spoken English,

·         Proficiency in MS Office Applications,

·         Team player, flexible and result oriented,

·         No military obligation for male candidates.

JOB DESCRIPTION

·         Develops and executes brand marketing plan across all elements of the marketing mix (communication development, product development, packaging, pricing, promotions),

·         Coordinates preparation of market analysis, consumer research and monitor competitive activity to understand brand issues and market opportunities,

·         Performs sales and consumer KPIs monitoring and follow up, from getting data to defining so what/action plan,

·         Coordinates all projects with internal and external resources to achieve results, (advertising agencies, market research, product development, production planning, trade activities and sales team)  

·         Budget tracking and reporting.
