We are looking for a Sales Supervisor who will be directly reporting to Field Sales Manager .The responsibilities and the qualifications are mentioned below:

OUALIFICATIONS:

·         Bachelor’s degree in a reputable university,

·         Min 4-7 years experience in Sales (preferably in Field Sales) in National and/or Local Chains (in FMCG),

·         Fluency in English,

·         Proactive, organized, flexible and result-oriented,

·         Skilled in sales competencies (Understanding, planning, selling&negotiating and managing),

·         Good analytical, communication & interpersonal relationship skills,

·         Advanced level in MS Office, especially in PPT & excel.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

·         Develop and seek alignment on the coverage plan on a sessional and annual basis according to the Account/Channel Strategy for that year,

·         Monitor the annual Scorecard- to be reviewed on a monthly basis with Field Sales Manager - adjusting the plan as necessary to still achieve targets,

·         Through clear communication deliver the key tactical messages needed to ensure that the overall strategy set by the management team (Trade Marketing and KAM’s) is received and understood by the Field team,

·         Ensure that the appropriate processes are in place for the on time and correct communication of information on a weekly basis,

·         Sell and negotiate agreements internally and externally to facilitate the implementation of Field plan,

·         Facilitate the building of standardized selling stories for key drive activities, train and develop directs to utilize to grow Ferrero business,

·         Lead the team by example and ensure measurement of team performance on-going through appropriate systems and on-going review procedures,

·         Manages, motivates and develops directs through ensuring that all development and management tools are in place,

·         Through all actions and ways of working be responsible for the best ROI of the team and the activities.
