About the Role:

We are looking for a Duzce based "Health / Safety and Environmental Protection Engineer" who will be directly reporting to Turkey HSE Manager. The responsibilities and the qualifications are mentioned below:

Qualifications

• University degree in a related field
• Min. 4 Years of Experience in Health, Safety and Environmental area
• Advanced command of English language.
• Having B Class Safety and First Aid Certifications.
• Good communication and negotiation skils.
• Strong analytical, prioritizing, problem-solving, presentation, project management (from conception to completion), & planning skills
• Demonstrated knowledge of local regulations 

Main Responsibilities:

• Managing all occupational health and safety, environmental and ergonomic operation efficiently and effectively of Ferrero HCo Düzce & İzmit Plants.
• Providing necessary international legal standards.
• Ensuring employees perform their tasks taking a proactive approach in their workplace.
• Being responsible for determination of countermeasures with necessary analysis and follow up principle for continuous improvement.
• Preparing the business standard form and risk analysis.
• Giving feedback to employees working in field inspections.
• Providing all legal requirements related to Occupational Health, Safety and preventive health measures.
