Long Term Procurement Intern

The Procurement Team in Ferrero, manages operational tasks, as well as tactical and strategic ones. Currently, we are looking for a(n) Izmit or Düzce based Procurement Intern who will be directly reporting to the Technical Procurement Manager. In joining us, you will be involved in activities including dealing with suppliers and as well as internal stakeholders. Qualifications:

* 4th year university or master program student

* Able to work min 4 days/week

* Excellent communication skills with analytical thinking

* Ability to work in a multi-tasking environment

* Good command of written and spoken English

Main Responsibilities:

* Communicate with suppliers for registration and qualification process on SAP & SAP ARIBA

* Follow up delivery status of the orders on SAP

* Perform scouting activities for potential suppliers, compare scorecards and monitor financial reports

* Follow up contracts

* Perform compliance and documentation studies according to the procedure

* Contribute to the dashboard preparation

* Support Vendor Master Data Implementation process 

* Support and follow up Responsible Sourcing activities
