Human Resources Executive

FEV Turkey

We are looking for a  "Human Resources and Administration Affairs Executive" with the following qualifications;

- Bachelor's degree from engineering, business administration, economics and related fields

- Minimum 5 years of experience as human resources executive, coordinator or specialist

- Experience from engineering companies or HR functions of engineering departments would be preferred

- Experience from automotive sector would be a plus

- Deep knowledge and experience on Turkish law and regulations

- Fluent level spoken English is mandatory, German will be a plus

- Excellent knowledge and practical usage of MS Office applications needed

- Strong organization and communication skills with attention to the details

- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills

Job Description:

- Develop and implement HR strategies and processes of FEV Turkey inline with local regulations and FEV Group guidelines

- Manage recruitment and selection process

- Manage and coordinate overall performance appraisal system

- Develop and monitor training plans

- Take lead in the organization of HR related events, like career days, company year end meetings etc.

- Support university cooperation activities

- Lead all company level administration affairs related tasks (Visa applications, travel organizations, meal, transportation etc...)
