What Will You Work On

• Design and implement Total Rewards strategies and structure to ensure that this will generate a competitive advantage for the business in attracting, retaining, and motivating our talents      
• Ownership over the correct and smooth execution of total rewards implementations including job levelling, grading system, salary identification, benefits, incentives & bonus, and annual salary increase      
• Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition Team closely in the handling of salary offer preparation    
• Collaborate with People Experience Team on developing rewards and employee recognition tools for top talents
• Coordinate and conduct annual salary increase and variable pay cycles with performance bonus calculation       
• Execute offer preparation for internal transfers, promotions, and lateral move     
• Follow market trends and conduct benchmarking in other companies to ensure that FEV Türkiye is offering competitive pay structures, benefits and incentives that strongly contributes to talents' attraction and retention     
• Execute effective communication of total rewards via different employee levels and stage of employee life cycle    
• Develop analytic and measurement performance management strategies including suggesting, developing, and implementing new methods and improvements about performance management processes   
• Execute annual performance and promotion cycle; prepare necessary analysis and reports, support Business Unit Managers for identifying eligible professionals, and finalizing/submitting promotion decision     
• Identify trends in performance data and collaborate with Talent Development Team to make recommendations for action

What You Will Need to Be Successful

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Math, Statistics, Business Administration, Economy, or equivalent disciplines from reputable universities   
• Min. 5 years of hands-on experience in Total Rewards, Compensation & Benefits Management (including job analysis, incentive systems, recognition programs design and performance management)       
• Experience in well-known Consulting Firms and/or multinational working environment is preferred      
• Advanced strategic thinking, consulting, project management with ability to focus on business impact    Strong analytical skills, both quantitative and qualitative and a solid background in Excel      
• Deep knowledge and user experience in MS Office Applications (advanced level in MS Excel is a must)      
• Excellent command of English both written and spoken
