Guided by our principle “Technology at our core, simplicity in every step,” we are looking for an OpEx Executive who will strengthen our operational excellence culture and lead high-impact transformation projects.

Role Purpose

This role is responsible for designing, leading, and executing operational excellence and efficiency projects across our fulfillment centers.
We are seeking a professional with strong fulfillment experience, passion for automation and robotics, and a curious mindset towards AI-driven operational improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze current fulfillment processes to identify efficiency gaps and develop improvement projects.
• Design and implement innovative solutions in WMS, automation systems, robotics, and process engineering.
• Build and manage the OpEx roadmap and oversee the entire project portfolio.
• Lead standardization, quality improvement, and efficiency initiatives using Lean, Kaizen, and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Monitor operational KPIs, conduct root-cause analyses, and implement corrective action plans.
• Actively contribute to new fulfillment center launches, including layout design and process engineering.
• Collaborate closely with WMS, automation, and operations teams to accelerate technological transformation.
• Drive change management and promote a culture of continuous improvement across all operations teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Management Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
• 5+ years of experience in fulfillment, warehouse operations, automation, WMS, or logistics engineering.
• Proven experience in OpEx, continuous improvement, process design, or operational engineering roles.
• Strong interest in robotics, automation technologies, and AI-driven operational solutions.
• Knowledge of Lean, Kaizen, or Six Sigma (certification is an advantage).
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in KPI management and data-driven decision making.
• Able to manage both hands-on operational work and long-term project planning.
• Strong communication and leadership skills, with experience in leading change initiatives.
