  • 2+ years of experience on website content management systems (CMS), search engine optimization (SEO/SEM) and digital marketing, especially in finance sector,
  • Bachelor’s degree required in Business Administration, Digital Media, Economics, Engineering or related fields from reputable universities. Master’s degree is preferable,
  • Deep knowledge of digital marketing, advertising and integrated marketing communications, including strategy, creative, production and media,
  • Strong familiarity and well-rounded experience with various web disciplines and emerging trends related to different website and CMS platforms, CRM, digital media, social media,
  • Expert understanding of web metrics, digital media testing methodology and optimization strategies. Good knowledge of basic web and digital marketing technical language (HTML, javascript, network, database, CSS, PHP,, Google and Facebook advertising systems, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, DMP, Firebase, e-mail marketing, Mailchimp, UI, UX etc.,),
  • Experience with technical SEO onpage-offpage analysis and reporting,
  • Familiar with tools such as SemRush, DeepCrawl, SEOMonitor, Ahrefs, Searchmetrics etc,
  • Experience in content management and keyword optimization,
  • Deep understanding of ranking factors for Google’s algorithm,
  • Tracking, monitoring and reporting using analytic tools such as Google Analytics and Countly,
  • Ability to articulate and present ideas based on user experience and interaction design principles,
  • Capable of using the management platforms of hosting services, SSL, etc,
  • Experience in machine learning and deep learning, especially in Natural Language Processing (NLP),
  • Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills in English,
  • Dynamic, hard-working and highly organized,
  • Time management, problem-solving and analytical skills,
  • Ability to think strategically, understand business risk and apply creative problem-solving skills,
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking,
  • Experience in the banking industry is a plus,
  • Google Adwords and Google Analytics Sertificates are preferably required,

  • Managing all digital assests including corporate website, mobile sites, intranet, chatbot for both the company and its partners in terms of UX, performance, content, infrastructure and technology,
  • Managing Search Engine Optimisation, CMS (Progress Sitefinity), Google Analytics and Countly, Google Search Console, Google Adwords, GDN, Digital media planning / purchasing and performance tracking,
  • Maintaining and improving continuously,
  • Optimizing applications for maximum speed,
  • Handling and solving CMS related issues quickly,
  • Identifying and fixing CSS, HTML and scripting compatibility issues between a variety of platforms and browsers; test websites on different browsers and mobile device browsers; correcting problems identified by customer feedback,
  • Investigating and discovering architectural considerations, such as web usability, site performance and database design, as part of the system design process; research and assess implementation alternatives for new application features,
  • Collaborating and communicating with marketing, design teams and management to resolve conflicts, prioritize needs, choose solutions or develop content criteria,
  • Developing procedures for ongoing website revision; recommend performance improvements; create and refine style guidelines for website content; select design tools, programming languages or applications,
  • Training our chatbot “Fi’bot” using the data sets created for individual use cases,
  • Working closely with multiple AI teams to manage the process of reviewing and maintaining the bot conversational experience performance,
  • Monitoring the performance of Fi’bot; frequently review key metrics and reports, and add additional data to improve the performance of it,
  • Building the holistic search strategy from organic perspective to ensure best performance,
  • Leading SEO efforts and managing SEO agency to optimize website content and improving website organic traffic continuously,
  • Identifying and managing technical issues such as crawl errors, sitemaps and empty or duplicate pages that can affect ranking,
  • Analyzing backlinks, competitor analysis and long tail keyword research,
  • Recommending changes to website architecture, content, linking and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords,
  • Working with UX/UI designers and developers to implement changes,
  • Developing and executing segment based website marketing strategy for optimal Customer Experience Journey,
  • Creating annual digital marketing plan in line with Marketing Strategy; managing web platforms and digital marketing unit budget,
  • Managing and monitoring digital advertising campaigns (e.g. SEM, display, social, programmatic & targeted marketing, mobile app campaigns) as well as DMP, Behavioural Targeting & Retargeting campaigns for continuous web traffic and personalization,
  • Collaborating with peers within the team to ensure consistent website marketing activations across all consumer touchpoints,
  • Allocating resources and budget based on business and marketing opportunities,
  • Coordination with internal and external teams to deliver digital campaign planning, execution, optimisation,
  • Tracking Performance of digital marketing activities and report on KPI’s,
  • Identifying opportunities by analyzing data in Google Analytics, Countly and digital marketing channels,
  • Analyzing competitors' assets and find new opportunities,
  • Coordinate the creation of digital content (website, blogs and internal mailings) in / out of the company,
  • Prepare promotional emails and organize their distribution through various channels.
