About Job
- University degree in Mechanical, Automotive, Aerospace Engineering,Electrical Electronics or similar
- Preferably experienced in aftersales departments and/or authorized services
- Good command of English
- Good knowledge of MS Office tools
- ERP knowledge
- Excellent communication skills, and able to work in a team environment
- Well-organized and able to prioritize workload to meet deadlines
- No restriction for travel in and out of Turkey
- No military obligation for male candidates
- Driving license with active driving skills
JOB DESCRIPTION
Work as a part of our Product Support Department, responsible for after sales activities of land vehicles.
- Organize maintenance activities of manufactured vehicles
- Report warranty and post-warranty services
- Organize technical staff and field service activities
- Continuously monitor and improve operations of authorized services
- Perform site visits and improve customer relations
- Spare part planning
- Support ILS activities
