We are seeking a "Business Development and Sales Manager" for our company, which represents world-leading manufacturers specializing in industrial pumps, agitators and corrosion resistance in Turkey.

Looking for candidates with

·            Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or related fields

·            Experienced in sales activities in industry,

·            Advanced skills in technical sales and business development

·            Min. 2-3 years of experience in sales and customer relations activities,

·            Knowledge of industrial pumps

·            Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

·            Result-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility

·            Fluency in English, 

·            Excellent command of MS Office applications,

·            Good communication,

·            Active driver and flexibility to travel, (domestic and foreign)

·            No military obligation for male candidates.

Job Description

·            Development of sales and marketing strategies.

·            Following up quotations and projects and visiting customers. 

·            Managing sales efforts and marketing tools (web, exhibitions)

·            Representing company at sectoral events to promote products.

·            Identifying customer needs and determining product marketing.

·            Recommending selling prices; monitoring of market and competition price.

·            Following marketing opportunities; defining market, competitor's share and competitor's strengths and weaknesses; forecasting targeted business; determination of targeted market share.

·            Communicating with our foreign business partners and joining international meetings and representing our company.
