Business Development & Sales Responsible

 

As an international company located in Bursa and working for the automotive industry, We are looking for a  ‘Business Development & Sales Responsible’ in accordance with the following specifications for our future growing organisation.

 

·       Bachelor's degree from Engineering or Administration departments of universities, 

·       5 to 10 years proven experience in Business Developments&Sales area - especially automotive and/or heavy truck industries 

·       High level of proficiency in English,

·       Good at reporting and presentation and sales and marketing skills,

·       Strong leadership, negotiation and communication skills,

·       Strategic minded, commercial awareness and result oriented, 

·       No restriction for travelling. ( Abroad & Local )

·       Military Service obligation must be done for the male candidates

·       B Class Driver Licence

 

  ‘Job Description’

?

·       Developing and executing strategic plan to achieve and maximise sales targets and expand our customer base, as well as maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships with clients,

·       Maintaining current corporate business relations,

·       Coordinate and generate risk and business risk management plans,

·       Manage good customer relations and future growth opportunities,

·       Actively research and define innovations in the target markets with the objective to develop strategies, to discover and evaluate new business opportunities and create the overall sales and business development strategic plan,

·       Management and coordination of configuration engineering changes,

·       Represent the company at conferences and industry events.

·       Reporting directly to GM and colloborating with Global Sales & Business Development Team
