QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
We are a global chemical company and we are looking for Customer Services Representative who will be in touch with our customers in Turkey and abroad.
As the face of the company to customers, the Customer Service team gets the opportunity to build a strong customer experience and lasting relationship with our customers. Customer Service Representative’s mission is to ensure the coordination and the follow-up of the orders as well as the commercial operations to support the business in order to provide a good service to the customers in line with the sales policy.
Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:
• Build a strong ongoing relationship with customers, focus on the customer to understand their needs, respond promptly to customer inquiries and adjusts the communication method accordingly
• Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
• Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
• Check customer orders and register in system with reference to all conditions, price, credit limit; upload full instructions for the shipment, and prepare directly or ensure that all other necessary documents are available
• Check product availability for the required dates; organize workflow to meet customer time frames
• Send to customers order confirmation, shipping documents, and provide delivery information, keeping customers informed about variations
• Arranging the logistics for local and export deliveries to customers
• Handling and follow up for export documents such as invoice, packing list, CoA, CoO and customs clearance phases.
• Preparing or assisting in preparation of any kind of documents or reports required by customs and other authorities.
• Support Sales Team with customer’ feedback, communicate and coordinate with colleagues as necessary.
• Monitoring customer overdues and resolving account with close collaboration with finance team
• Servicing customers by providing product and service information
• Follow up the back order with customers,
• Follow up custom clearance procedures, ensure that the products are shipped in a proper way
• Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
• Communicate daily with Production Planning & Finance & Warehouse counterparts to review customer delivery issues
Customer Service Representative Requirements and Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree
• Fluent in English.
• Min. 3 years of professional experience in related fields such as customer service representative or sales assistant or logistics clerk, possibly in a multinational company, and possibly in a production company.
• Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards customers
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Demonstrate Customer Focus
• Flexibility, resilience, problem analysis and solving, ability to work both independently and as a member of the team.
• Comfortable using computers and Microsoft Office
• Attention to details and having documentation skills
• Managing multiple tasks effectively
