We are looking for an ILS Engineer who will be responsible for planning and executing Integrated Logistics Support activities throughout the product lifecycle. The role includes defining ILS scope, performing logistic support analyses, estimating product support costs for proposals, and contributing to the development of reliable, maintainable, and cost-effective support solutions tailored to customer needs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
- Relevant experience in ILS and logistics support analysis.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and functions.
- Team-oriented, proactive, and open to continuous learning and development.
- Good command of English, both written and spoken.
Responsibilities
- Define ILS scope and estimate product support costs in line with customer and end-user requirements during proposal preparation.
- Support the development of maintainable and supportable products by providing ILS input throughout the design process.
- Develop cost-effective and customer-specific support concepts through close coordination with end users and internal stakeholders.
- Provide analytical feedback to R&D to improve product safety, reliability, maintainability, and usability.
- Perform Logistic Support Analysis (LSA) and related studies such as FMECA, MTA, LORA, TNA, and MTBF analysis.
- Conduct risk assessments and life cycle cost (LCC) analyses in accordance with project requirements.
- Prepare Support Bill of Materials (S-BOM) for vehicles.
- Monitor the effectiveness of support solutions by analyzing field and operational data.
- Prepare recommended spare parts lists based on reliability targets, vehicle usage profiles, and after-sales service performance requirements.
- Support departmental and cross-functional process improvement activities.
- Increase company-wide awareness and understanding of ILS processes.
