Job Description

•        Planning and executing 360 degree marketing communication and aligning with brand marketing strategy
•        Optimizing SEM, managing digital marketing tools and planning Social Media Ads campaigns and handling them in Flatix’s digital channels
•        Developing and performing ads&creative contents together in Digital & Social Media channels, daily and monthly campaign planning through digital marketing platforms
•        Post and ongoing analysis of campaign performance and taking related actions to improve KPIs
•        Creating content and communication messages and setting up the related marketing activities in diverse channels such as Customer Service Centers, Call Center, digital&social media and internal channel
•        Building up effective social media channels and Flatix's brand awareness with the business-focused sound content
•        Creating or organizing all communication deliverables for customers and sales teams (including sales agreements, additional protocols, official forms & letters, Call Center scripts, Q&A sheets etc)
•        Establishment of the respected and well-represented community through the sectoral circles and refined channels to be able to make any important developments published in an immediate way
•        Identifying target audience's profile segments, market segments and potential marketing mix for integrated marketing communication campaign

Qualifications

•        Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, marketing or any related field
•       1+ years proven experience in marketing, marcom or performance marketing is highly recommended
•        Committed to continuing education through workshops, seminars and conferences in the related fields
•        Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
•         Proven ability to drive the marketing process from planning to conversion
•         Solid knowledge in Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and Google Analytics
•         Having experience in Tiktok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and related online platforms is a plus
•        Strong analytical skills and able to handle pressure is a must
•        Strong business sense, startup or similar experience is highly recommended
•        Fluency in English and Turkish both written and spoken is a must, additionally, fluency in Arabic and Russian is a plus
