Which tasks is the "Global Business Development Executive" responsible for at FLO?

Strategic Growth:

• Participate actively in developing and evaluating growth strategies, identifying opportunities for expansion.
• Provide analysis and forward-thinking input to shape strategic decisions and business plans for the FLO Group.
• Monitor, analyze, and report for licensed brands to drive continuous improvement and achieve business objectives.

Research & Insights:

• Conduct thorough research on brand and retailer prospects, performing feasibility studies to assess potential success and alignment with organizational goals.
• Stay updated on industry trends and dynamics, incorporating current insights into strategic planning for maintaining competitiveness.
• Keep the management team informed about competitors and their current status.

      Cross-functional Collaboration and Project Management:

• Collaborate across business functions to identify issues, develop hypotheses, and derive actionable insights from data analysis.
• Lead cross-functional teams in crafting business and strategic cases, outlining opportunities, and developing go-to-market strategies and business models for different projects.
• Identify, evaluate, and present business development opportunities aligned with the group's strategic direction.
• Collaborate on structuring and executing initiatives, including developing work plans, synthesizing data, and analyzing results to make recommendations.

• If you are Graduated from the Engineering / Economics / Business Administration departments of reputable universities, Master’s/MBA preferred. International education or work experience is a plus
• If you have 5 years of work experience in strategic planning or business development preferably in a multinational environment.
• If you have advanced verbal and written knowledge of English
• If you are Proactive, collaborative team player and also an independent thinker
• If you have excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
• If you are experienced in and capable of handling confidential or sensitive information
• If you have Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and lead diverse teams.
• If you are Detail-oriented with a strong focus on achieving organizational goals.
