REQUIREMENTS 

  • Bachelors degree from reputable universities,  
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels 
  • Highly motivated and result oriented 
  • Strong organization, time management and planning abilities 
  • Experienced in national chain store sales and marketing 
  • Able to adapt to flexible working hours 

JOB DESCRIPTION 

  • Managing and following of all sales, marketing and trade marketing processes from end-to-end 
  • Realize monthly and annual sales target for each account and category 
  • Leading Joint Business Planning processes with customers; negotiating and aligning on trade terms and conditions, and following up compliance 
  • Conducting analysis and reporting activities related to sales and marketing, inspection and action plans of customers 
  • Following the pricing, raising, promotion periods and monitoring identification and implementation on field and compering with competitors 
  • Managing assortment; following product addition / removal recommendations and performance metrics  
  • Sending inserts, printed materials and displaying materials to the customers and managing all process 
  • Field and periodic customer visits
