· Preferred skills with FEA (Abaqus, ANSYS, HyperMESH, Optistruct), fatigue (Femfat, FeSafe, nCode DesignLife), and data post-processing tools (Hyperview, Glyphworks). Other Software tools okay also
· Durability attribute and fatigue theory knowledge is required
· Knowledge of internal combustion engine and transmission is preferred.
· Preferred skills in advanced numerical problems, including non-linear, modal, dynamic time history, and frequency domain problem sets.
· Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiating skills.
· Team player, ability to work with several design teams concurrently and across multiple sites.
· Preferred graduation  from Msc, Computational Engineering, Solid Mechanics Engineering, Material Science

İŞ TANIMI

·Develop finite element models for analysis and optimization in collaboration with a team of multi-disciplinary engineers.
·Perform finite element modeling, modal linear/non-linear analysis on engine and powertrain systems  to meet performance requirements, which include safety, reliability, weight and cost.
·Develop and coordinate material testing procedures to carry out experiments to obtain model inputs in the support of finite element analysis.
·Develop and cascade load cases that satisfy program and industry requirements.
·Support engineering team meetings with design direction based on analysis highlighting areas of concern and recommend solutions for changes to meet the requirements, and recommend solutions for minimizing weight and cost.
·Document technical data generated in performing the design analysis, supporting the project design reviews.
·Lead cooperation with internal and external customers for design modification and mechanical test verification.
·Run CAE analysis, summarize results and feedback conclusions to related customers.
·Perform TRIZ and 6Sigma Studies
