QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a Warranty Engineer to be a part of our Total Quality team. The position will be located in Gölcük/Kocaeli and candidates should have the following qualifications:
  • Mechanical, Electrical or Industrial Engineering degree
  • 2-3 Years of experience or more
  • Fluent in English
  • Knowledge on engineering & quality systems and tools
  • Good communication skills
  • No military obligation for male candidates


İŞ TANIMI

  • Analyze Customer Warranty issues and address as design, supplier, plant process quality, or as any other source with Vehicle functional teams
  • Reduce Overall Warranty Spend through creating new Remanufacturing operations, new Remanufactured parts & suppliers
  • Manage Contracts/invoices with Remanufacturing Operations Suppliers
  • Set up new process control plans for warranty cost-control process
  • Prepare monthly quality reports and report to senior management
  • Establish robust warranty roadmaps by thorough analysis and investigation on the feedbacks of the relevant teams
  • Work on innovation and digitalisation projects to improve the performance of Warranty Dept and Remanufaturing Operations
  • Ensure resolution of Warranty Concerns (especially sourced from Remanufaturing Operations)
  • Create know-how on Remanufacturing Operations
  • Support vehicle plants for resolution of warranty issues
  • Audit Remanufacturing Operations processes
  • Use Corporate Problem Solving Tools & Techniques Global 8D and 6 Sigma
  • Ensure and facilitate appropriate communications links with internal / external activities / areas.
