• Bachelor of Science in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Control, Mechatronics or Automotive Engineering)
• Masters or Phd in relevant field is preferred.
• Military Service: Completed.
• Minimum 2+ year experience in relevant field.
• Experience in technology development in hybrid and electrified powertrains
• Strong statistical application knowledge
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills

İŞ TANIMI

We are looking for candidates who will support our team in field of electrical powertrain development.

• Lead definition, development, sizing, requirements of next generation hybrid and electric powertrain system (electric machines, power electronics, control systems and wiring system) and release system technical specifications.
• Lead definition of powertrain architecture and cascade system targets to meet vehicle attributes
• Ensure system requirements meet feature and safety requirements. Work closely with cross attribute teams to define a system meeting the requirements.  
• Lead power electronics design and applications for hybrid and electric powertrain systems
• Lead power-pack sizing and trade-off studies for optimal attribute/cost balance
• Lead the development of high voltage battery system  - electrical and system hardware elements
• Knowledge on automotive communication protocols
• System modelling experience in Matlab is an asset.
• Experience in design, development and testing of electric machines, power electronics components, connectors and conductors is an asset.
• Lead / support milestone reviews of the system definition, requirements, and capability
• Develop robustness and failure mode analyses for new technologies
• Develop actions addressing lessons learned from previous programs
